Finally -- warm feet with no hassle May 03, 2009
By C. Howard This warmer is the perfect solution for warming the bed before you get in or keeping your feet warm during the night. I definitely recommend getting the dual switch -- the high setting warms the bed quickly before you get in, and the low setting keeps you comfortably warm during cold nights. This is such an improvement over rice bags that you heat in the microwave or heated mattress pads. You don't feel any wires and there is no big plug at the bottom of the mattress to kick at during the night and disrupt sleep. It has also put an end to the cords running under the bed and control boxes sitting on the floor. If you wake up cold, you just turn it on -- no running to the microwave to heat a rice bag again or waiting for a mattress pad that never gets quite warm enough at the bottom of the bed but is too warm at the top. It is the most efficient and unobstrusive method I have found yet to simply have warm feet. Finally!

Battlecreek #358 Delux Bed Warmer Jun 23, 2010

After trying many different options for warming my legs, I found the perfect answer with this bed warmer. It keeps the low level warmth at my legs, where I need it, rather than my upper body. My only complaint, why 4 stars rather than 5 stars, is that the control is wired into the cord so that I cannot have it at my bed side near my head. It must lay on the floor in the middle of the bed.

Warm Feet Feb 26, 2008
By L. Sargent This product performs very well for the purpose it was intended. In fact, it is probably one of the best purchases I have made. However, I wish the manufacturer had chosen an encasement other than a stiff canvas. I can feel it through the sheets. I will either put it under the mattress pad or make a new casement to put it in. Do not let this stop you from buying it.

I was very disappointed with this product. It doesn't get warm at all!!! Cover is not removable and is not washable!!! Cheap and not worth the money.
Moreover, MedexSupply is terrible to work with on returns. Dealing with their customer service representatives was horrible. BUYER BEWARE ********************"

Battle Creek Bed Warmer, Medex supply service Oct 26, 2010
By Mary Pierce Didn't warm at all - Zero. As instructed I contacted Med-Ex supply to return. Was told to return to manufacturer, Battle Creek Supply, so they could confirm it didn't work. If they agreed I'd receive a refund. (Original shipping $8.75, I paid $7.75 to return, item cost $44.25) UPS delivered to Battle Creek Supply on Oct 5th. Three weeks later - no refund, BC Supply states they didn't receive it- Med-Ex is investigating. I've paid $60.75 for nothing.
Never again from any supplier but Amazon!
