Different From All The Rest Jan 12, 2011
By Chocolate Tummy It's a little early to give complete feedback, so I'll update after I've given the product enough time. I've had it for almost a week now and it's what I had wished for many months ago....a stretcher that works on both the lower and upper back. The other stretchers I have are great for the lower back, but never made the cut for the upper where most of my problems are. ( I have a Teeter Hang Up and Lumbar Back Stretchers that I lay on. )
I do wish the company gave better instructions. We are all different lengths so I'm not fully sure where the product should hit on my back. In the video an instructor says, but I'm not sure I am understanding her completely. I'd love to have the company show a detailed picture of the spine and then point to where the stretcher should be hitting. I'm not the only one wondering as I have read a review on another site where the person was complaining that the Spinedok was the wrong size for him/her. Making me think he/she has the same question/concern that I do.
I'm also a little unclear of when to up the stretching capabilities of the product. They kind of leave me guessing a bit.
On the up side, I do feel a good stretch in my upper back when I'm on it. Even when I'm using the lower back stretch position. So much so, that I wasn't able to use the upper back stretch position for several days until my back muscles loosened a bit.
I have great hopes for this product. I'm hoping it will give me relief from the upper back and neck pain that causes such horrible headaches. Like I said before, the verdict is still out as I haven't been able to use it long enough to say for sure if this product will prove to be a headache killer, so I'll be back to let you all know.

Wow Aug 29, 2011
By pacesttr I have suffered from low back pain for nearly all of my adult life, and seen chiropractors for about 25 years. I have a degenerating disk at L5 that was putting pressure on a nerve and causing excruciating pain that was getting worse. I decided the SpineDok couldn't hurt and might even help, so I ordered one. Wow. Within 3 days, ALL of my back pain was gone. I canceled my remaining chiro appointments and have continued to be nearly pain-free for well over a month now. i felt good enough to do some physical work (building a small deck) and felt some twinges in my back, but I used my SpineDok for 2 more days and the pain disappeared again! At first i thought the chiro was finally working, but now I know it's the SpineDok...I have already recommended this to friends and bought one for my father, who is suffering from sciatica.

Finally...something that works long-term. Mar 11, 2011
By Angelbo I ordered the Spinedok system a few months ago due to lower back pain that I have been dealing with for the last 16 months or so. I've had physical therapy & seen a chiropractor on & off which tended to alleviate the pain for a time only to have it come right back. I figured, what did I have to lose?? Even when the system first arrived, I figured I'd be shipping it back once I tried it assuming it was too good to be true.
I'm happy to say how wrong I was. After only 2 uses, my back pain had decreased. I've tried to use it on a regular basis & can't believe the pain I have been living with for the last 16 months is barely noticeable!! I plan to tell my family about it & anyone else out there. This was money well spent & I plan to make it part of my daily routine. Thanks for helping alleviate my back pain!!!

I Was Skeptical . . . Apr 09, 2012
By Blueyedmule I've been living with a back injury--micro-tears in the wall of a disc in my neck--for about twenty years now. The pain presents itself in all manner of way, but typically begins as a deep ache in my upper mid-back, often radiating across one side of my ribcage or the other, usually the left side. To add insult to injury, I now also deal with what is most likely sciatica. My right shin feels like it's been plugged into a wall socket and my hip will ache. The sciatic pain comes and goes day-to-day.
This product is no silver bullet. However, I also have not found it to be useless. Far be it, I gave it four stars and I meant it. After only one or two uses I found the deep ache in my back finally subsiding. I've been living with this last flare-up for about two months, so it's a great relief to get my mid-back unlocked. My work as a truck driver means I'm always fighting an uphill battle, but the continued use of this device means I'm also making progress in healing. The sciatic pain is still around, lessened. Neither has been aggravated in any way by the use of this device. I expect to continue to progress barring any other re-injury.
This is only one phase of a recovery. Don't expect this to be a cure-all. It is only one tool in your pain management and/or recovery. It is up to you to be responsible and to put in the work and effort to stabilize your injuries through strengthening your core and lessening the load it must carry.
I do wish it had been a little more affordable, but I am glad I spent the money.
I have no relationship with this company and received no payment for this--I'm out the $130 just like anyone else. I don't regret it.
